this fic is absolutely beautiful. i can't tell you how much i loved it. seriously.
first of all, your writing. i loved each and every sentence and the story had a certain flow that i loved. i really don't know how to explain, but you created a beautiful atmosphere for this fic. i enjoyed reading it so much!
one thing i loved a lot was how jongin dreamed of something and in the next scene there were references to that dream, like the shoes or the sweets.
another very interesting thing is your knowledge of korea and korean culture (all the food mentions).

my comments lacks a lot in comparison to how i felt while reading the fic. so I'll just tell you that it's one of my favorite fics from the fest and will be so until the end of the fest. it won't be easy to forget this beautiful story ^^

Ahaha, actually this was one of the prompter's bonus points, that Jongdae would show signs that he was aware of the dreams too. I originally aimed for something else, but it worked its way into the draft when I was writing and it fit so I left it at that ^^

I really, really loved this! ♥
The atmosphere was really harmonious, and you had me right along with you all the time. You made me hungry and craving for green tea puffs and Asian chocolate bread, feel calm and warm around the shop and immersed into the dreams to a point that I had to remind me myself not to get too attached (cause they'd end whenever it got too good ;)
To be honest, I might haven even felt the tears well up when Jongdae gave him a present of food and encouraging words, even though I don't cry easily (you totally hit my weak spot, haha). It's because you treated the tender moments so carefully, that they could fully bloom.

That being said, of course I fell in love with Jongdae, too! There are not a lot of Jongdae-centered fics and this one made me extra happy ♥♥
Out of the dream worlds, the shoemaker/cinderella one was my favourite :3
Not sure why. Also, I can't believe you pulled off a Sleeping Beauty with chicken instead of needles, and tackled this completely seriously, what even! xD Don't do this to me, I was so ready to go along with this Chicken-story, it was concerning!

I think it would have left more of an impact if I didn't give the dream worlds definite conclusions so that readers could have a chance of filling in the blanks as they so wish ^^

I didn't mean to make anyone cry with this, I'm sorry /o\ But I shall take it as a good thing and take comfort in the fact that my words have managed to make someone cry out there ;u; I think it's not hard to imagine Jongdae doing what he did since he is compassionate IRL, He'd probably have taken in Jongin if he could too LOL.

The prince and shoemaker world is a personal favorite of mine too =3 I thank Jongin's abhorrence for socks because it's what inspired this dream world LOL.

Don't worry, I can't believe myself either u___u LOL. The reason I switched the spindle with a chicken is because I would've been following the fairy tale that way, and I needed something different without taking away the sleeping factor. Somehow, my mind thought it was a good thing to use a chicken, and now here we are ^^;

I really enjoyed reading this piece, it was so elegantly written and the plot immensely blew me away. I'm honestly a sucker for chenkai and this is officially my favorite chenkai fic for 2017~

This is by far my favorite scene, it really captured my heart: “When you get your shell, we’ll see what’s out there beyond this town, beyond the sea. We’ll share our passion for singing to everyone we meet. You’ll become better in singing and make people listen, and they’ll love you when they do.”

I just finished this and I'm like-- where to start, is the question?

This summary gave a total reincarnation vibe, and I had no idea what to expect!! But this by far exceeded my expectations!! The chemistry, the sweetness, and these colourful worlds; everything just fit so perfectly together!

I love the way they connected in the littlest ways, and how their friendship actually started! Each world was so unique, and it feels like I read a much longer fic because I feel like I just saw so much! And those little tidbits in between (honey butter chips LOL) were adorable details!!

By far, the one that got the greatest reaction from me (the dreamworlds) was the 'Sleeping Beauty' one. I laughed so hard!!!!! A chicken!! I couldn't get over that!! I still can't!! That was definitely my most favourite, and not just because of the chicken. But man... the chicken... I couldn't stop laughing!!

I was wondering if somehow they would be having the same dreams, and how they'd find out, etc. And then Jongdae just had to be a little turd about it, hahaha!!

“Now wait just a second.”

My most absolute favourite line in this fic!! Because that is literally what I was thinking when Jongdae went all turd-like!!!

Wonderfully written, and so beautiful!! It was a joy to read!!

We've already discussed the Sleeping Beauty-esque dream world but it's still funny to me because looking back, I still don't know how I came up substituting needles with chicken LOL. [I told you they ate that chicken in the ending.] I'm glad it worked out though, even if it meant Jongin and his favorite chicken are star-crossed in that world.
